Fulton Receives Michigan Right to Life PAC Endorsement
Battle Creek, MI—Elizabeth Fulton (R) today said she was “honored and blessed” to receive the endorsement for the 19th District Senate Seat from the Right to Life of Michigan PAC.
“Unlike my opponent who has not only supported abortion but has supported the heinous act of partial birth abortion* (the process by which a child enters the birth canal and the skull is crushed and the dead baby removed from the mother), I will fight for the individual rights of the unborn. Fortunately, the people of the State of Michigan initiated legislation which could not be vetoed by Governor Granholm and passed through the Senate over the objection of my opponent, Mark Schauer. This practice is now illegal because the people have made it so,” said Fulton.
Fulton went on to say, “I believe that the most vulnerable of our society deserve society’s greatest protections. Having worked with emotionally, mentally, and physically challenged children for much of my career, I know that all life is precious, even the lives that much of society pities and cannot understand because they cannot see the beauty within. I have been proud to display my support for the unborn and would encourage you to join me at the Annual Life Chain in Marshall, MI, October 1st, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Michigan Avenue just west of the Fountain.”
Elizabeth Fulton is employed by the Battle Creek Public Schools and is a small business owner in Battle Creek. She has two children and two grandchildren. The 19th District State Senate Seat includes all of Calhoun County and the vast majority of Jackson County.
